Robert Madden is very proud of our Customer Assurance and Technical Support department. Our team, consisting of John Holloman, Jon Clark, and Rodney Weaver has a combined 70 years of HVAC experience. All members of our Customer Assurance department must attend factory training, where they are certified to teach service and installation courses on all of our products. We believe the better trained our dealers are the better customer service they give. That is why we offer a variety of training courses, ranging from basic HVAC fundamentals to courses that focus on installing and troubleshooting the most sophisticated systems.
